Question 1

How does Emunah AI work?

Accepted Answer

Just tell Emunah what you're looking for, in plain words — a destination, your dates, who's coming, what you want (hotels, flights, activities, or a full trip). No forms, no dropdowns. Emunah searches across trusted travel partners at the same time and shows you options ranked by real value — not by who paid the most to be shown first.

Question 2

Is Emunah AI free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can start searching right away, even without an account. A free account gives you more searches per day, the ability to save trips, and basic value ranking. Premium (₱449/month or ₱4,386/year) adds more daily searches, more saved searches, PDF exports, priority search speed, and our full Value Index ranking.

Question 3

How does Emunah AI find and rank my options?

Accepted Answer

Instead of opening a dozen browser tabs to compare the same hotel across different sites, Emunah searches multiple trusted travel partners at once and brings the results back to one place. Every result is ranked by our Value Index — a blend of price, rating, review confidence, and how fresh the data is — never by which partner pays us the most. We do earn a small referral commission from some bookings, at no extra cost to you, but that commission never changes which results appear or how they're ranked.

Question 4

Do you store my personal data?

Accepted Answer

We store what's needed to run your account and keep it secure — like your profile info and search history, if you choose to save it — and we protect sensitive data with encryption. We don't intentionally collect sensitive information such as government IDs or financial-account numbers, and we ask that you avoid including those in your search queries. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Question 5

How do I cancel Premium?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to. Premium is paid for a month or a year at a time and never renews on its own, so you're never charged again unless you choose to extend it. When it ends, your account simply returns to the free plan. We'll email you a reminder a few days before it ends, and you can extend it any time from your Account page — the new time starts when your current Premium ends, so you lose nothing.

Question 6

Do you store my payment or card details?

Accepted Answer

No. Emunah AI never sees or stores your full card details. Premium subscription payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, PayMongo. And when you actually book a flight, hotel, or activity, that transaction happens directly on the provider's own website (like Booking.com, Agoda, or Expedia) — so your payment for the trip itself never passes through Emunah AI at all.

Question 7

Are Premium payments refundable?

Accepted Answer

No — all Premium payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used or unused periods, except where a refund is required by law. Premium never renews on its own, so you're only ever charged when you choose to buy or extend it.

Question 8

Do I need an account to search?

Accepted Answer

No — you can search as a guest right away. Creating a free account unlocks a bigger daily search allowance, the ability to save searches, and access to Premium when you're ready.

Question 9

Does Emunah AI work outside the Philippines?

Accepted Answer

Emunah is built and operated in the Philippines, with billing in Philippine pesos (₱) — but the destinations you can search span the world, from a weekend in Cebu to trips across Asia, Europe, and beyond.

Question 10

What if I don't know my exact budget or dates yet?

Accepted Answer

That's fine — you don't need a budget to start. In Guided mode, just tell Emunah where you'd like to go, and it fills in the rest conversationally; you can add dates or budget as you go, and the ranked results help you discover a fair budget rather than guess one upfront.

Question 11

Which travel partners does Emunah AI search?

Accepted Answer

Emunah compares results across trusted partners including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Hotels.com, KAYAK, and Skyscanner, with places and points of interest powered by Google Maps and Foursquare. We're always evaluating more partners to widen your options.

Question 12

Is the pricing and availability Emunah AI shows always accurate?

Accepted Answer

Emunah uses AI to interpret your request and real partner data to show results, but prices, availability, and details can change quickly on the partner's side. Always confirm the final price, dates, and terms directly with the provider before you book or pay.

Question 13

What happens if I reach my daily search limit?

Accepted Answer

You'll see a friendly message letting you know you've reached your daily limit, with the option to upgrade to Premium for more searches per day — or simply come back tomorrow, when your free allowance resets.

Question 14

Do you sell my personal information?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers that help us run Emunah AI — like our AI, payments, hosting, and analytics partners — strictly to operate the service.

Question 15

Can I delete my account and my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. Go to Account → Delete account, confirm by typing your email address, and your profile, search history, and saved searches are permanently removed. This can't be undone.
